How to Use LUUP

What is LUUP?

It's a service where you can pick up scooters and bikes from convenient "ports" all around the city whenever you need them, and then drop them off at any other available port when you've reached your destination.

When is this service convenient?

This service is perfect for those times when a walk is a bit too far, or when taking a train or bus would make you go out of your way. You can get straight to your destination, comfortably and directly.

Prices

Unlock fee: Fixed fee that is always charged
Cost per min: A fee that is added to your ride time

When is payment due?

Payment by credit card upon completion of the ride

Other charges that may apply

Operation-related fees will be incurred when vehicles are removed, stolen, or parked outside of the area

If a user is found to have committed a malicious act or parked in a no-parking area and was removed, we may ask you to pay for damages incurred by us, various costs incurred in dealing with the situation, and usage fees.
